Thank you so much for praying for Missy’s mother, Dianne Davis. We still have not heard definitively the diagnosis. There is actually some frustration being shown by doctors toward one another. We really covet your prayers in this area. They need to be on the same page.

We are staying the night in Shreveport. Early tomorrow there will be an MRI done to see exactly what “the spots” are. �The doctors saw something in her head through the CT scan that “are of great concern.” �Hopefully a complete diagnosis can be made shortly after this and we can get to a treatment plan.

The family seems to be doing very well. We have prayed together, prayed individually and the Lord is faithful as always to give strength during these times. The biggest concern for the family now is the uncertainty. It has been three days and we have not been told anything. Nothing has been done, we are just in the hospital waiting. But even with that, everyone seems to patiently seeking the Lord during this time. Pray for that to continue.

We are comforted by the Word. Do you not know? Have you not heard? Yahweh is the everlasting God, the Creator of the whole earth. He never grows faint or weary; there is no limit to His understanding. He gives strength to weary and strengthens the powerless. (Isaiah 40:28 , HCSB) Thank God for His faithfulness. Thank God for His strength. Thank God for allowing us to believe in Him and have a strong foundation.
