Joanna, Dawn, Davelyn and I have safely returned to Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso after a week in the village of Badara. The ladies taught hundreds of children Bible stories several times each day. Four nights we showed movies, The Jesus Film and The Passion of the Christ, in two different Sambla villages. We had one profession of faith in Jesus as a result of our work this week. We are very eager to get home and share with you on Sunday our experiences on Burkina Faso trip 13. It was, as you know, our first time to stay in very own house built in Badara for us. It is a very good floor plan that has already been requested to be used by another church. I spend one morning purchasing things that seem trivial while in the US, but are a great blessing over here. Things such as plastic yard chairs. That may seem small, but we were finally able to sit down and have something to support our back. Sitting on benches for hours at a time can be quite strenuous.
