The LORD your God will drive out these nations before you little by little. You will not be able to destroy them all at once; otherwise, the wild animals will become too numerous for you. Deut 7:22

God does not give us victory over every bad thing in our lives at once. If He did the “wild animals” would destroy us. Rather day by day He allows us to conquer the bad things in our life. Do not be discouraged when you see so much junk in your life that you just want to throw up your hands and say “I give up; I can’t do this!” Do not be discouraged when what you try to do for Jesus seems to bear little fruit. Jut keep moving forward.
